Che Chale

Che Shale is a small beach lodge set amongst waving coconut palms, just 25kms north of Malindi on the Kenyan coast. Located in a wide bay with soft sandy beaches, it has been built using local materials in true Robinson Crusoe style...simple but with every comfort you could wish for.

Six rustic thatched bungalows accommodate guests in either doubles or family rooms, each with en-suite bathroom and private verandah. The restaurant offers freshly caught seafood served with the best fresh local vegetables and tropical fruit.

Che Shale is designed for those who want to find complete relaxation and love the wind and the sound of the sea. Access is obtained only by four wheeled drive vehicle, adding to its charm & remoteness.

Kajama bandas are set 50 yards along the beach from the main Che Shale bandas and are more simple in style, with shared facilities houses in a sparate banda.
